LCTP Phase 3 – Sharpening

Completing Phase Two is required before proceeding to Phase Three. This next phase can be completed in 12-18 months. Because of the increased level of training, your cost increases with it. 

After completing Phase Three training, the lay counselor will be equipped to counsel or mentor at the “Corrective” level. The lay counselor will receive a phase three, and final, completion certificate.
